Abbiamo un tesoro nascosto ad Ostuni, e vogliamo condividerlo con voi.

Gli orti medievali sono appena sotto il centro storico, guardano il mare, sono campagna: un luogo magico in cui respirare a pieni polmoni storia, natura e biodiversità. BioSolequo e WalkingWine vi invitano a scoprire i GIARDINI DELLA GRATA, con una passeggiata guidata attraverso pozzi, acquari, colture antiche e tecniche moderne di recupero.

Finalmente ci godiamo il tramonto in questo magico luogo, che è campagna, ma è in centro, guarda il mare ed è immerso nel silenzio.

ore 19.00 presentazione dei vini della settimana + degustazione 1 calice di vino e prodotti Bio degli orti circostanti (cruditè + un piatto diverso ogni volta)

We have a hidden treasure in Ostuni, and we want to share it with you.

The “medieval gardens” are just below the historical centre, they look out over the sea, they are the countryside: a magical place in which you can deeply breath all the history, nature and biodiversity around. BioSolequo and WalkingWine invite you to discover the GRATA GARDENS, with an (optional) guided walk through wells, aquariums, ancient crops and modern recovery techniques.

Finally we could enjoy a sunset in this magical place, which is country, but located downtown, looking at the sea, into the silence.

6.30 pm: start of the guided walk (about 30 minutes long), comfortable clothing is recommended

7.00 pm: presentation of the wines of the week + tasting of 1 glass of wine and the organic products from the surrounding gardens (crudités + a different dish each time)

8 pm: end of event
